One-to-one yoga sessions in Central London and online, designed around your body, schedule, and what you’re working towards.
No crowded studios or generic sequences. Each session is focused entirely on you, evolving as your practice, goals, and life change. Whether sessions take place at home, in a private studio, or online, the work is attentive, structured, and responsive.

How it works:
We begin with a short consultation call to understand your goals, experience, and availability. From there, we schedule your first sessions and build a practice that adapts as you progress.
Many clients work with me for years, drawn to a format that remains responsive, challenging, and effective over time.
In-person and Online Sessions:
Sessions are available in Central and West London or online. I also travel across other areas of London by arrangement.
Classes run for 60–90 minutes. Pricing varies by location and frequency and is discussed during your consultation.

Music is used with intention. Movement and breath are guided in rhythm with carefully mixed playlists, creating a refined soundscape that deepens focus and elevates the practice.
About Me:
I’m a senior Dynamic Vinyasa teacher with extensive training in Rocket, 4Beat Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. I teach at established London studios including Triyoga, Mission E1, and Third Space. I also lead small-group retreats internationally.
Clients work with me long-term because the practice continues to deliver. Sessions may be physically demanding or deeply restorative, depending on what’s needed, and are always focused, supportive, and grounded.
