• A certain amount of personal data is collected by Imogen at the time of booking a yoga retreat. This is necessary to meet insurance requirements and to ensure your health and safety during retreats and holidays.

• All information gathered by Imogen is treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party. With your permission, it is stored securely and is only accessible to Imogen, the retreat teacher, and the venue where your booking is held.

• When booking you will be asked to complete a form. In doing so you are agreeing to your name, email and telephone number being used by YOAS to inform you of details of the retreat you have booked.

• When making a booking, you will be asked to complete a form. By doing so, you consent to your name, email address, and telephone number being used by Imogen to provide you with information about the retreat you have booked.

• Online Zoom classes of the teacher only are recorded for On Demand playback. 

• Zoom participants may be recorded in order to provide feedback to individuals for the development of their practice.
