Group Yoga Classes


Open level group classes are suitable for beginners to the conditioned yoga practitioner, however, my classes are quite strong so expect to be challenged and to work hard.  If you are new to practice, please let me know before joining class so we can make sure you're prepared and ready to get in the flow.  Oh and just so you know, we never miss a nice long Savasana (rest).


Once a week we practice a strong power vinyasa flow to get the blood pumping, building strength, stamina and flexibility.  Every Thursday morning we practice Yin Yoga to target our deeper connective tissues and joints to encourage healthy mobility and aid recovery from our more 'yang' style athletic practices.

Delivered online via Zoom, classes can be taken in the comfort of your own home.  Sessions can be booked as an individual drop in sessions or in packs of ten.  I also offer a monthly unlimited membership that includes two live interactive sessions a week, their corresponding recordings, and extra pre-recorded content available to view in 'The Library'.
