Service Description

Awaken and align your body with this beautiful practice that works deep into the joints, bones and fascia. Beginning and ending the practice with meditation, we connect to our breath and mindfully hold passive poses for longer than we would in our 'yang' practices. This allows the force of gravity to work on our bodies, slowly opening up and releasing the physical and emotional tension stored there, allowing our joints and mind to restructure and heal coming back stronger and more mobile. No need for sweaty workout clothes here. Please come to class wearing something warm and comfortable you can stretch in.
