Thank you for your interest in private yoga sessions with me. I am pleased to create well-rounded and bespoke yoga sessions for you to walk away from stress, to recover and restore, improving quality sleep, confidence and overall wellbeing.
Prior to starting yoga with me, I am happy to welcome you with a free telephone consultation to discuss your needs and ensure we are a good fit. Following our call we create a plan to work together once, twice, or three times per week and arrange a date to get started. Sessions are available via Zoom or in-person.
My goal is to empower you with the motivation, accountability and knowledge to build your yoga practice, so you can take back control of your health and wellness and achieve the results you desire. So, above and beyond our live sessions, I offer my support through access to my online virtual platform that is updated regularly with content tailored to you.

Private yoga sessions offer a deeper and more layered experience to yoga practice. Tailored towards your availability, goals and lifestyle, our sessions will transform your practice with a more dynamic and structured approach.
Our sessions are tailored to your requests and draw influence from the following styles:
Rocket, Power Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa (active, warming, sweaty, building strength, mobility and flexibility.)
Yin (slow, meditative, deep stretch to work the joints, connective tissues and fascia )
Mindful Meditation (slow down the mind, managing stress and become more calm and focussed.)
Restorative (resting with the support of props; calming the nervous system to aid injury recovery and deep rest.)

Online Live Stream or In-Person Yoga Classes in London
It's difficult to squeeze routine exercise and self care into a busy schedule. I alleviate this by bringing yoga lessons to you online or in-person in the comfort of your own home with regular appointments at a time that suits. Additionally, you are welcome to join me for classes in my studio in Brixton, if you prefer.
• In Person. Suitable if you appreciate one-to-one guidance and hands-on assists in the comfort of your own home or workplace. I am happy to travel around London to you, and you are also welcome to come to my studio to practice with me in Brixton.
• Online. Perfect for those with a busy schedule, who are travelling for work, or who wish to receive support throughout the month without leaving home. Anyone, anywhere are welcome to practice with me online. Time zone GMT.
